BRAQ was founded in 2017 as a result of the merger of law firms Quintana Arouesty, S.C., Bolaños Abogados, S.C. and Rodríguez Moreno, S.C., specializing in transactions, energy, corporate, real estate, and financing law, as well as in commercial, civil, constitutional, administrative, tax litigation and corporate criminal litigation.
